Scott Bailey (a.k.a Artacus) is a database and application developer. He has developed in a myriad of languages and on over a dozen different RDBMS’s. But his passion is developing RIA’s using Adobe Flex, and database programming in Oracle and PostgreSQL.
He is currently employed as a Sr Developer for the State of Washington in higher Ed; and co-owns a consulting firm that specializes in K12 data warehousing, assessment tracking and analysis.
